When machinery is brought off line it is not just the bearings, which normally need inspecting, repairing or replacing. Other rotating components can be worn beyond safe or efficiency requirements. Typically machinery such as compressors, fans, gearboxes, generators, motors, pumps and turbines all have high precision rotating components. Re-pairing or re-manufacturing rotating components is a critical job. All components received will go through a:

• Visual check
• Penetrant inspection
• Dimensional check
• Tolerance check to OEM drawings
